Direct Rentals In Spain is run by husband and wife team Sharon and Stephen who live in a small Spanish Town in the sunny region of Costa Almeria.

Sharon and Stephen have lived in Spain since 2004, during which time they have gained extensive knowledge of the needs of the English Client who come to Spain either on Holiday and or who decide to come to live here.

Sharon is a English Qualified Accountant and has previously worked for a Spanish Accountant and a English Estate Agent, and has helped a number Of English customers obtain their paperwork and she has also completed a number of non resident tax returns.

Stephen is a qualified Spanish HGV driver and has previously worked for a removals company assisting people to move to Spain and has extensive knowledge of most of the Costas including, Almeria, Blanca, and Costa Del Sol, etc.

Direct Rentals in Spain has now been created which will offer a service to Holiday makers allowing them to book their holiday accomodation in Spain direct with the property owner.
